Cymotorix operates from a self-owned factory in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. The facility houses five production lines covering the full motor manufacturing process — from raw material processing to finished product packing. We handle stator winding, rotor magnetization, motor assembly, driver board production, and final testing under one roof. No outsourcing on core processes.
Our factory runs five dedicated lines for stepper motors, servo motors, and motor drivers. Key production equipment includes automatic winding machines, magnetizing fixtures, dynamic balancing testers, and laser marking systems. Annual production capacity exceeds 1,000,000 motors. The production floor is organized by process stage — winding, magnetization, assembly, testing, and packing — each with dedicated workstations and inline inspection points.
Every motor goes through a complete inspection sequence before leaving our factory. We test at three stages: incoming material inspection (silicon steel, magnets, bearings, wire), in-process checks (winding resistance, insulation, rotor assembly), and final testing (holding torque, vibration, step angle accuracy, and full electrical parameters). All products meet CE and RoHS requirements. Test reports are available on request for every production batch.
Our R&D team focuses on two things: improving existing motor performance and developing custom solutions for OEM projects. The team uses electromagnetic simulation software to optimize stator-rotor magnetic circuit design before physical prototyping, which shortens development cycles and reduces trial-and-error costs. Current R&D priorities include expanding the closed loop stepper motor range, improving high-speed torque output on 3-phase motors, and developing integrated motor-driver units for compact automation equipment.
